At OTMT, our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients and trainers. Our clients and trainers deserve the utmost in both training and hygiene during this time.
The entire staff has been educated about the importance of good hygiene. Each of our certified personal trainers will wear a mask, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, wear gloves and ask to take your temperature which will need to be below 100.4 degrees in order to begin training. If a trainer enters your house, they will wear foot coverings. They will stay at least 6 feet apart during training. All trainers will have their temperatures taken at least twice daily. This policy is in place for all OTMT trainers when they perform at home training.
